SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Mississippi

(FEMA-1837-DR), dated 05/12/2009.

Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, and Tornadoes.

Incident Period: 03/25/2009 through 03/28/2009.

Effective Date: 06/05/2009.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/13/2009.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/12/2010.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
