Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive Patent License; Zesto Therm, Inc.

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DoD.

ACTION: Notice of intent to grant exclusive license.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to Zesto Therm, Inc., a revocable, nonassignable, partially exclusive license in the United States to practice the Government owned invention described in U.S. Patent No. 4,264,362 entitled ``Supercorroding Galvanic Cell Alloys for Generation of Heat and Gas'' issued April 28, 1981.

DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days from the date of this notice to file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filedwith the Office of Naval Research, ONR 00CC, Ballston Tower One, 800 North Quincy Street, Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660.
