Washington 10 Storage Corporation; Notice of Filing

Take notice that on April 29, 2011, Washington 10 Storage

Corporation (Washington 10) filed a revised Statement of Operating

Conditions (SOC) to comply with an April 25, 2011, Commission Order

(135 FERC ] 61,071 (2011)). Washington 10 was directed to (1) withdraw proposed revisions to sections 3.12, 4.8, and 4.11 relating to the

``confiscation of a shipper's gas if the customer has a negative balance in its PAL account at the end of a firm or interruptible PAL service agreement or if a shipper fails to return loaned quantities of gas on a Critical Day;'' and (2) revise section 9.5 to ``confirm that the limitation on injections and withdrawals would only apply to same- cycle activity,'' as more fully described in the filing.

Any person desiring to participate in this rate filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a notice of intervention or motion to intervene, as appropriate. Such notices, motions, or protests must be filed on or before the date as indicated below. Anyone filing an intervention or protest must serve a copy of that document on the
