The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), pursuant to Section undefinedOutdoor recreation; financial assistance to local governments375.075, F.S., is authorized to establish the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) to provide grants to qualified local governmental entities to acquire or develop land for public outdoor recreation purposes. The purpose of this part is to set forth procedures to govern the program.
