Take notice that on July 22, 1999, Caprock Pipeline Co. (CAPROCK) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets with an effective date of August 1, 1999:

Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 6A Second Substitute Sixth Revised Sheet No. 29A

CAPROCK states that it is submitting this filing to correct the GISG Standard 2.3.9 (Version 1.3) by placing it in the ``by reference'' tariff sheet.

CAPROCK states that copies of this filing have been served upon all affected firm customers of CAPROCK and applicable state agencies.

Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filedas provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
