Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C.; Notice of Proposed Changes to FERC Gas Tariff

April 20, 1999.

Take notice that on April 15, 1999, Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Destin) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, the following Tariff sheets to become effective April 1, 1999:

Original Sheet No. 94a Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 136

Destin states that the purpose of this filing is to implement certain modifications to its tariff sheets in compliance with the Commission's Order issued on March 31, 1999, in the captioned proceeding. In accordance with the March 31, 1999 Order, Destin has requested that these sheets be made effective as of April 1, 1999.

Destin states that copies of the filing will be served upon its shippers and interested state commissions, and upon each party designated on the official service list compiled by the Secretary in this proceeding.

Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filedas provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
