Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd.; Notice of Tariff Filing

October 27, 1999.

Take notice that on October 20, 1999, Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd. (WIC), P.O. Box 1087, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80944, tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 2, the tariff sheets listed in Appendix A to be effective November 20, 1999.

WIC states it was granted authority to construct the Medicine Bowl Lateral in an Order Issuing Certificate that issued July 28, 1999 in Docket No. CP99-102.

WIC further states it is making this filing in compliance with Ordering Paragraph H of the Preliminary Determination on Non- Environmental Issues in Docket No. CP99-102 (``PD'') which issued April 28, 1999. The tariff sheets filedherein are consistent with both the pro forma tariff sheets contained in the application and revisions as required in the PD.

WIC states it is also filing tariff sheets as required in Article 33 of its General Terms and Conditions for the negotiated rate agreements supporting the Medicine Bow project.

Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filedas provided in section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
