Take notice that on December 31, 2002, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Original Sheet No. 65A; Original Sheet No. 65B;

Original Sheet No. 65C; Original Sheet No. 65D; Original Sheet No. 65E; and Fourth Revised Sheet No. 66, with an effective date of November 1, 2002.

Iroquois states that these sheets were submitted in compliance with the Commission's October 31, 2002, order on compliance filing issued in Docket No. RP00-411-000, et al.

Iroquois states that copies of its filing were served on all jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies and all parties to the proceeding.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
