Incident: Severe Weather and Straight-line Winds.
Incident Period: 05/19/2016.
Effective Date: 06/09/2016.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/08/2016.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/09/2017.
