Sunshine Act Meeting
The National Credit Union Administration Board determined that its business requires the addition of the following item, which is open to public observation, to the previously announced open meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 1998.
Request from a Federal Credit Union to Convert to a Community Charter.
The Board voted unanimously that agency business requires that this item be considered with less than the usual seven days notice, that it be open to the public, and that no earlier announcement of this change was possible.
The previously announced items are:
Requests from Two (2) Federal Credit Unions to Convert to Community Charters.
Request from a Credit Union to Convert Insurance.
Request from a Corporate Federal Credit Union for a Field of Membership (FOM) Amendment.
Request from a Corporate Credit Union to Merge with a Corporate Federal Credit Union.
Final Rule: Amendments to Parts 724 and 701, NCUA's Rules and Regulations, Trustees and Custodians of Pension Plans; FCU Employees Retirement Benefits.
Interim Final Rule: Amendments to Part 723, NCUA's Rules and Regulations, Member Business Loans.
