ACTION: Notice; public meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The MAFMC and NEFMC will jointly hold a public meeting (webinar) of the Spiny Dogfish and Monkfish Advisory Panels to review potential sturgeon bycatch reduction measures.
