Morgantown Energy Associates; Notice of Petition for Enforcement

Take notice that on February 24, 2012, Morgantown Energy Associates (MEA) filed a Petition for Enforcement, pursuant to section 210(h)(2)(B) of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA), requesting that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) initiate enforcement action against the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (PSC), because of the PSC's issuance of an order on November 22, 2011.\1\ MEA argues that the ruling in the PSC Order is contrary to PURPA.
