The requirements of Subsection B of 20AMBIENT IMPACT REQUIREMENTS20.11.61.15 NMAC, 20ADDITIONAL IMPACT ANALYSES20.11.61.16 NMAC and 20AIR QUALITY ANALYSIS AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS20.11.61.18 NMAC shall not apply to a major source or modification with respect to a particular pollutant, if the allowable emissions of that pollutant from the source, or the net emissions increase of that pollutant from the modification: would not impact any federal class I area or any areas where an applicable increment is known to be violated; and would be temporary.
