A. The owner or operator shall maintain records for a period of three years from the date created, for all parameters required in 20.11.69 NMAC and shall make them available upon request for inspection and copying by the department.

B. All information submitted to the department in quarterly reports or emission test reports, or any other information created or obtained by the department regarding the PWD shall be available during business hours at the department's offices for public inspection and copying.
