A. Computation of time: In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by 20.11.82 NMAC, except as otherwise specifically provided, the day of the event from which the designated period begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the computed period shall be included, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal city of Albuquerque holiday, in which event the time shall be extended until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal city of Albuquerque holiday.
