Each manufacturer subject to 20.11.104 NMAC shall comply with particulate exhaust emission standards for passenger cars, light-duty trucks, medium-duty passenger vehicles, and medium-duty vehicles, and other requirements set forth in CCR, Title 13, Section 1961.2.
