RAMA Group of Companies, Inc. Charm Graphics Cheektowaga, New York; Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Title V of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act (P.L. 103-182) concerning transitional adjustment assistance, hereinafter called NAFT-TAA and in accordance with Section 250(a), Subchapter 2, Title II, of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended (19 USC 2331), an investigation was initiated on August 18, 1999, in response to a petition filedon the same date on behalf of RAMA Group of Companies, Inc., Charm Graphics, Cheektowaga, New York.

A certification applicable to workers at the subject firm was issued on September 23, 1999, and is currently in effect (NAFT-3458). Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
