: Notice.
SUMMARY
: The Department of the
Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets
Control (OFAC) is publishing the names
of one or more persons that have been
placed on OFAC’s Specially Designated
Nationals and Blocked Persons List
based on OFAC’s determination that one
or more applicable legal criteria were
satisfied. All property and interests in
property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of
this person are blocked, and U.S.
persons are generally prohibited from
engaging in transactions with them.

Notice of OFAC Action
On November 30, 2020, OFAC
determined that the property and
interests in property subject to U.S.
jurisdiction of the following person are
blocked under the relevant sanctions
authority listed below.
Entity
Designated pursuant to section
1(a)(ii)(D)(2) of Executive Order 13692
of March 11, 2015, ‘‘Blocking Property
and Suspending Entry of Certain
Persons Contributing to the Situation in
Venezuela’’ for having materially
assisted, sponsored, or provided
financial, material, or technological
support for, or goods or services to or in
support of, an activity described in
subsection (a)(ii)(A), being responsible
for or complicit in, or responsible for
ordering, controlling, or otherwise
directing, or having participated in,
directly or indirectly, actions or policies
that undermine democratic processes or
institutions.

SUMMARY
: The Internal Revenue Service,
as part of its continuing effort to reduce
paperwork and respondent burden,
invites the public and other Federal
agencies to take this opportunity to
comment on proposed and/or
continuing information collections, as
required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act of 1995. Currently, the IRS is
soliciting comments concerning the
burden related to completing Form
13818, Limited Payability Claim Against
the United States for Proceeds of An
Internal Revenue Refund Check.

Abstract: Form 13818, Limited
Payability Claim Against the United
States for the Proceeds of an Internal
Revenue Refund Check, is sent to the
payee (taxpayer). This form is designed
to provide taxpayers a method to file a
claim for a replacement check when the
original check is over 12 months old.
Current Actions: There is no change to
the burden previously approved.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Individuals or
households, Businesses and other for-
profit organizations.
Estimated Number of Responses:
6,000.
Estimated Time Per Respondent: 1 hr.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
Hours: 6,000.
