ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (FEMA-4149-DR), dated 10/01/2013.
Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.
Incident Period: 06/26/2013 through 07/11/2013.
Effective Date: 10/01/2013.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/02/2013.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/01/2014.
