SUMMARY: Petitions for Reconsideration (Petitions) have been filed in the Commission's Rulemaking proceeding by Thomas C. Power, on behalf of CTIA--THE WIRELESS ASSOCIATION; John J. Heitmann on behalf of The Wireless ETC Petitioners.

DATES: Oppositions to the Petitions must be filed on or before September 17, 2015. Replies to an opposition must be filed on or before September 11, 2015.
