SUMMARY: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT corrects a notice published December 16, 1998 (63 FR 69356). This action is taken to correct the total estimated PFC revenue. Accordingly, the notice published December 16, 1998 (63 FR 69356), is corrected as follows:

On page 69357, in the first column under Supplementary Information, the total estimated PFC revenue should read $233,750.
