Notification to Importers
This notice serves as a reminder to
importers of their responsibility under
19 CFR 351.402(f)(2) to file a certificate
regarding the reimbursement of
antidumping duties prior to liquidation
of the relevant entries during this
review period. Failure to comply with
this requirement could result in
Commerce’s presumption that
reimbursement of antidumping duties
occurred and the subsequent assessment
of doubled antidumping duties.
Notification Regarding Administrative
Protective Order
This notice serves as a reminder to
parties subject to administrative
protective order (APO) of their
responsibility concerning the
disposition of proprietary information
disclosed under APO in accordance
with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3), which
continues to govern business
proprietary information. Timely written
notification of the return/destruction of
APO materials or conversion to judicial
protective order is hereby requested.
Failure to comply with the regulations
and terms of an APO is a violation
which is a sanctionable violation.
Notification to Interested Parties
This notice is issued and published in
accordance with section 751(a)(1) and
751(i)(1) of the Act, and 19 CFR
351.213(d)(4).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
: On
November 5, 2020, the Department of
Commerce (Commerce), pursuant to
section 702(h) of the Trade Agreements
Act of 1979, as amended (the Act),
published the quarterly update to the
annual listing of foreign government
subsidies on articles of cheese subject to
an in-quota rate of duty covering the
period April 1, 2020 through June 30,
2020.

Update, we requested that any party
that has information on foreign
government subsidy programs that
benefit articles of cheese subject to an
in-quote rate of duty submit such
information to Commerce.

no comments, information or requests
for consultation from any party.

: The Department of Commerce
(Commerce) preliminarily determines
that countervailable subsidies are being
provided to producers and exporters of
certain cold-rolled steel flat products
(cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of
Korea (Korea). The period of review
(POR) is January 1, 2018 through
December 31, 2018.

Background
On November 12, 2019, Commerce
published a notice of initiation of the
administrative review of the
countervailing duty order on cold-rolled
steel from Korea.

On April 24, 2020,
Commerce tolled all deadlines in
administrative reviews by 50 days.

On
July 6, 2020, Commerce extended the
deadline for the preliminary results of
this review.

On July 21, 2020,
Commerce tolled all deadlines in
administrative reviews by an additional
60 days.

On December 15, 2020,
Commerce further extended the
deadline for the preliminary results of
this review.

The revised deadline for
the preliminary results is January 15,
2021.
