SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking filed by Word Power, Inc., proposing to allot Channel 230A at Greenup, Illinois, and reserve it for noncommercial educational use. A staff engineering analysis indicates that Channel *230A can be allotted to Greenup consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Rules, with a site restriction 4.6 kilometers (2.9 miles) southwest of the community. The reference coordinates are 39-12-38 NL and 88-11-
