ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 282A to Lynn Haven, Florida, in response to a petition filedby Beacon House Communications. See 65 FR 36399, June 8, 2000. The coordinates for Channel 282A at Lynn Haven are 30-11-20 NL and 85-42-20 WL. A filing window for Channel 282A at Lynn Haven will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
