AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filedby Jeffrey Mark Tillery proposing the allotment of Channel 244A at Cedar Key, Florida. Channel 244A can be allotted to Cedar Key without a site restricton at coordinates 29-08-12 and 83-02-06.

DATES: Comments must be filedon or before April 26, 1999, and reply comments on or before May 11, 1999.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply to this proceeding.
