AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: In response to a Notice of Proposed Rule Making, 70 FR 31409 (June 1, 2005), this Report and Order substitutes Channel 293A for Channel 292A, Station WKOE(FM), Ocean City, New Jersey; reallots Channel 293A, from Ocean City to Bass River Township; and modifies Station WKOE's license accordingly. The coordinates for Channel 293A at Bass River Township, New Jersey, are 39-39-00 NL and 74-21-20 WL, with a site restriction of 10.4 kilometers (6.4 miles) northeast of Bass River Township.

DATES: Effective December 27, 2005.
