AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Audio Division, at the request of Northern Paul Bunyan Radio Company, allots Channel 226A at Ferrysburg, Michigan, as the community's first local FM service. Channel 226A can be allotted to Ferrysburg, Michigan, in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 2.7 km (1.7 miles) northeast of Ferrysburg. The coordinates for Channel 226A at Ferrysburg, Michigan, are 43-06-04 North Latitude and 86-11-29 West Longitude.

DATES: Effective June 20, 2005.
