ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filedon by Clyde John Holdsworth Ronald G. Filbeck d/b/a R.C. Broadcasting Company requesting the allotment of Channel 291A at Ravenwood, Missouri, as the community's first FM broadcast service. The coordinates for Channel 291A at

Ravenwood are 40-21-09 and 94-40-16.

DATES: Comments must be filedon or before August 4, 2000, and reply comments on or before August 21, 2000.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply to this proceeding.
