AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking filed by Linda Crawford requesting the allotment of Channel 237C3 at Sonora, Texas. The coordinates for Channel 237C3 at Sonora are 30-36-35 and 100-43-09. There is a site restriction 8.7 kilometers (5.4 miles) northwest of the community. Since Sonora is located within 320 kilometers of the U.S.-Mexican border, concurrence of the Mexican Government will be requested for the allotment of Channel 237C3 at Sonora.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 27, 2003, and reply comments on or before June 10, 2003.
