ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filedby Leo Ashcraft proposing the allotment of Channel 263A at Mount Pleasant, Texas, as that community's first local FM service. The coordinates for Channel 263A at Mount Pleasant are 33-09-21 and 95-01-21. There is a site restriction 5.1 kilometers (3.1 miles) west of the community.

DATES: Comments must be filedon or before May 15, 2000, and reply comments on or before May 30, 2000.
