AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filedby BK Radio requesting the allotment of Channel 239C2 at Mason, Texas, and modification of its application for Channel 249C2 at Mason to specify operation Channel 239C2 with cut-off protection. The coordinates for Channel 239C2 at Mason are 30-33-24 and 99-25-34. Concurrence of the Mexican government will be requested for this allotment.

DATES: Comments must be filedon or before August 2, 1999, and reply comments on or before August 17, 1999.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply to this proceeding.
