AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 236A to Rio Grande City, Texas, in response to a petition filedby Arturo Lopez and Eleazar Trevino. See 63 FR 55831, October 19, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 236A at Rio Grande City are 26-25-47 and 98-49-25. There is a site restriction 5.79 kilometeres (3.6 miles) north of the community. Mexican concurrence has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 236A at Rio Grande will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
