AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filedby Mountain West Broadcasting proposing the allotment of Channel 244A at Fountain Green, Utah. The channel can be allotted to Fountain Green without a site restriction at coordinates 39-37-42 NL and 111-38-24 WL.

DATES: Comments must be filedon or before August 9, 1999, and reply comments on or before August 24, 1999.
