AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filedby Michael J. Mesic proposing the allotment of Channel 286A at Sister Bay, Wisconsin. The channel can be allotted to Sister Bay in compliance with the Commission's spacing requirements at coordinates 45-11-18 NL and 87-07-18 WL. Canadian concurrence will be requested for the allotment of Channel 286A at Sister Bay.

DATES: Comments must be filedon or before November 8, 1999, and reply comments on or before November 23, 1999.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply to this proceeding.
