AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 232A to Brewster, Massachusetts, in response to a petition filedby Brewster Broadcast Company. See 63 FR 24517, May 4, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 232A at Brewster are 41-46-31 NL and 70-00-38 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 232A at Brewster will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addresed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
