States Forest Service's proposed section 4(e) conditions for the Ames
Hydroelectric Project. PSCo filed the settlement agreement on behalf of itself, United States Forest Service, and the Colorado Department of
Natural Resources. PSCo requests that the Commission accept and incorporate, without material modification, all of the proposed license articles in Appendix B of the settlement agreement in the new project license. l.
