Title: Anti-Money Laundering Programs for Money Services, Businesses, Mutual Funds, and Operators of Credit Card Systems.

Description: This information collection, which applies to money services businesses, mutual funds, and operators of credit card systems, will help to ensure that such entities are not used to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing, and will enable federal agencies to examine such entities for compliance with the anti- money laundering program requirements.

Respondents: Business or other for-profit.

Estimated Number of Recordkeepers: 203,006.

Estimated Burden Hours Per Recordkeeper: 1 hour.

Estimated Total Reporting/Recordkeeping Burden: 20,000 hours.
