The taxable corporation is not taxable on gain if the assets are used in a taxable unrelated trade or business.

The collections of information in sections 5 and 6 of this revenue procedure are required by the IRS in order to facilitate monitoring taxpayers changing accounting methods resulting from making the elections under Sec. 475(e) or (f).
