MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. Kentucky Fuel Corporation, Docket Nos. KENT 2011-1557, et al. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in ruling that the Secretary's issuance of two separate citations with regard to the condition of a dozer was not impermissibly duplicative.)
