AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by KDMI

License, LLC, the permittee of post-transition station KDMI-DT, to substitute DTV channel 19 for post-transition DTV channel 31 at Des

Moines, Iowa.

DATES: This rule is effective April 23, 2009.

Sec. 73.622 [Amended] 0 2. Section 73.622(i), the Post-Transition Table of DTV Allotments under

Iowa, is amended by adding DTV channel 19 and removing DTV channel 31 at Des Moines.
