ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission has before it a petition for rulemaking filed by WAND(TV) Partnership, the licensee of station WAND(TV), channel 18,

Decatur, Illinois, requesting the substitution of channel 17 for channel 18 at Decatur.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before February 22, 2011, and reply comments on or before March 7, 2011.

PART 73--RADIO BROADCAST SERVICES 1. The authority citation for part 73 continues to read as follows:

Sec. 73.622 [Amended] 2. Section 73.622(i), the Post-Transition Table of DTV Allotments under Illinois, is amended by adding channel 17 and removing channel 18 at Decatur.
