AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Dismissal.
SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of petitioner Georgia Public
Telecommunications Commission (``GPTC''), permittee of noncommercial educational station WJSP-DT, DTV channel *23, Columbus, Georgia, dismisses GPTC's pending petition for rulemaking to substitute DTV channel *11 for post-transition DTV channel *23 at Columbus.
