AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.
SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by WWAZ
License, LLC, the licensee of WWAZ-DT, DTV Channel 44, Fond du Lac,
Wisconsin, requesting the substitution of DTV channel 5 for channel 44 at Fond du Lac.
DATES: This rule is effective August 19, 2009.

Sec. 73.622 [Amended] 0 2. Section 73.622(i), the Post-Transition Table of DTV Allotments under
Wisconsin, is amended by adding DTV channel 5 and removing DTV channel 44 at Fond du Lac.
