AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.
SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by MPS
MEDIA of Scranton License, LLC (``MPS Media''), the licensee of pre- transition station WSBS-DT, DTV channel 31, Scranton, Pennsylvania. MPS
Media has been assigned DTV channel 38 for post-transition use and now requests the substitution of its pre-transition DTV channel 31 for post-transition DTV channel 38 at Scranton.
DATES: This rule is effective April 30, 2009.

Sec. 73.622 [Amended] 0 2. Section 73.622(i), the Post-Transition Table of DTV Allotments under
Pennsylvania, is amended by adding DTV channel 31 and removing DTV channel 38 at Scranton.
