Texas (And Contiguous Parishes in Louisiana)

Newton County and the contiguous Counties of Jasper, Orange, and Sabine in the State of Texas, and Beauregard, Calcasieu, and Vernon Parishes in the State of Louisiana constitute a disaster area as a result of damages caused by severe storms and flooding that occurred January 30 through February 10, 1999. Applications for loans for physical damages as a result of this disaster may be fileduntil the close of business on May 3, 1999 and for economic injury until the close of business on Dec. 2, 1999 at the address listed below or other locally announced locations: U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 3 Office, 4400 Amon Carter Blvd., Suite 102, Ft. Worth, TX 76155.
